My Vehicles
Every car and bike you own in xRAW gets its own living workspace: service history, photos, reports, invoices and documents — a vehicle passport that grows with every visit.
Adding a vehicle
Open Vehicles → Add vehicle. Vehicles the workshop registered during a service visit appear here automatically — you only add ones they haven't seen yet.
- Pick your Brand → Model → Variant Three cascading pickers backed by xRAW's India-market vehicle library. Choosing from the list attaches the full factory specification (engine, fuel, dimensions, features) to your vehicle automatically — with the brand logo.
- Enter the registration number — or skip it Just bought the car and waiting for the plate? Leave registration blank; the vehicle shows as "Unregistered" and you can fill the plate in later.
- Add photos Snap the car from your phone camera. If you lose connection mid-way, xRAW keeps your photo drafts on the device and finishes the upload when you're back online.
xRAW supports two-wheelers too — bikes get the same timeline, catalogue pricing and reports as cars.

The header shows the essentials at a glance:
- Registration & spec — plate, make/model/variant, year, fuel type, from the factory spec library.
- Odometer — updated at every workshop intake.
- Health score — a 0–100 view of the vehicle's condition based on verified service and scan data.
- Visit history — first visit, last visit and total visit count with Rockstar.
Timeline — the service passport
The Timeline tab is the vehicle's complete verified history in date order: every job card, delivery, diagnostic scan and report. Because entries are created by the workshop's own operating system as work happens, the timeline is evidence — not a diary. Tap any entry to open the full job details.
Photos & snapshots
Two kinds of images live on your vehicle:
- Vehicle photos — the profile shots (up to six angles plus a thumbnail) taken by you or the workshop at intake.
- Job snapshots — photos taken during a job that the workshop shares with you: intake condition, odometer readings, work-in-progress, even workshop bay camera stills. Only images marked customer-visible appear in your app.
Reports & PDI vaults
The Reports tab (and the Reports section on Home) is your permanent vault of workshop-issued documents for this vehicle:

| Diagnostic Report | Findings from an xRAW scanner session — fault codes found, severity, what was done. |
| PDI Report | Pre-Delivery Inspection — a structured checklist report, e.g. for a newly bought car. |
| Service Summary | Plain-language recap of the work performed on a job. |
Every report can be viewed in the app or downloaded as a PDF. Invoices have their own vault — see Payments & Invoices.
The Docs tab stores the vehicle's paperwork — RC, insurance, PUC — uploaded by you or the workshop, so it's always at hand.
