Account & login
I never registered — why do I have an account?
When you service a vehicle at Rockstar Autoworks for the first time, the workshop creates your account automatically as part of the job card, and your login details (mobile number + 6-digit passcode) are sent to you on WhatsApp. This is how your job tracking, reports and invoices reach you.
I forgot my passcode. What do I do?
Use Forgot passcode on the sign-in page, or ask the workshop to resend your login details — they arrive on WhatsApp at your registered number. Changing your passcode signs out all other devices automatically.
My account is locked after failed attempts.
Repeated wrong passcodes temporarily lock the account for your protection. Wait and try again, or contact the workshop — an administrator can review and unlock it.
Can I use xRAW on my computer?
Yes — xRAW is a web app. It's designed mobile-first, but works in any modern browser at app.xraw.ai.
Jobs & approvals
Why is my job "On Hold"?
Work is paused — usually waiting for a part, or for a decision from you. Check Discuss for the workshop's note, or ask there directly.
Can work happen without my approval?
No. The estimate needs your approval before work begins — in-app, or verbally/in person (which the workshop records with the approval type). If extra work is discovered mid-job, the updated estimate comes back to you again.
What's the difference between "Ready" and "Delivered"?
Ready means the vehicle has passed quality check and is waiting for you (or for the drop driver). Delivered means it's back with you — the job then becomes a permanent entry in the vehicle's timeline.
Who am I chatting with in Discuss?
The workshop team handling your vehicle — as a workshop identity, not personal accounts. Your conversations stay scoped to your own vehicles and jobs.
Payments & invoices
The UPI QR expired before I paid.
Payment sessions have a time limit for security. Just tap Pay now again — a fresh QR with the same job-card amount is generated instantly.
I paid but the app still shows Pending.
xRAW marks a payment successful only when the bank's confirmation arrives, which usually takes seconds. If it stays pending after your UPI app shows success, don't pay again — contact the workshop via Discuss; they can see the session status and resolve it.
Can I get the invoice in my company's name with GST?
Yes. Add your GSTIN to your profile (it's verified against the government e-Invoice system and auto-fills your registered business name). Invoices then carry your GST details so you can claim input credit.
Where are my old invoices?
Every invoice ever issued to you stays in the Invoices vault (and on the vehicle's Invoices tab), downloadable as PDF at any time.
Privacy & data
Who can see my data?
Only the workshop staff working with your vehicles, under role-based permissions enforced on the server. You see your own vehicles and jobs — never other customers' — and staff see only what their role allows. Sensitive actions are recorded in a tamper-evident audit log.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes — in Profile → Data & privacy you can request a data export, deactivate your account, or request deletion. These requests are logged and processed by the workshop.
Is the AI reading my conversations?
Ask xRAW answers only from your own verified vehicle and service data, and AI at Rockstar is governed: anything consequential is drafted by AI and approved by a human. AI never approves estimates, payments or changes on its own.
