Getting Started
Two ways in: the workshop creates your account automatically at your first visit, or you register yourself in under a minute. Either way, you sign in at app.xraw.ai with your phone number and a 6-digit passcode.
Your account — created at the workshop
If you've already serviced a vehicle at Rockstar Autoworks, you probably already have an account. When the workshop opens a job card for you the first time, xRAW automatically creates your login and sends the details to you on WhatsApp:
- Your login is your registered mobile number.
- Your passcode is a private 6-digit code generated for you.
Ask the workshop to resend your login details — they can do it with one tap, and it arrives on WhatsApp at your registered number.
Register yourself
New to Rockstar? Go to app.xraw.ai and choose Create account (or open /customer/register directly). Registration is instant — no approval wait — and signs you straight in.
- Enter your details Name, mobile number and email. Your mobile number becomes your login.
- Add your address Type your PIN code and xRAW fills in the city and state for you automatically.
- Business customer? Add your GSTIN Enter your GSTIN and xRAW verifies it with the government e-Invoice system and auto-fills your registered business name and address — so your invoices carry the right GST details from day one.
- Set your passcode Choose your private 6-digit passcode. You're signed in immediately.
Signing in
Open app.xraw.ai. Enter your mobile number, then your 6-digit passcode — the sign-in screen treats your passcode like an OTP: six quick digits, no long password to remember.
Where you land after sign-in
xRAW routes you to the right home automatically. As a customer you always land in the customer app with the bottom navigation bar — you'll never see the workshop's internal staff console.
Too many wrong attempts?
xRAW protects your account with progressive friction: after repeated failed attempts you may be asked to complete an extra check, and eventually the account is temporarily locked. If you're locked out, contact the workshop — an administrator can review and restore access.
Your passcode is yours alone — the workshop never needs it. Changing your passcode signs you out of all devices instantly, so if you ever suspect someone else has it, change it right away (see Profile & security).
Notifications
The bell icon at the top of the app collects everything that needs your attention in one place:
- Job updates — status changes on your vehicle's job (e.g. work started, ready for delivery).
- Approvals — an estimate is waiting for your yes/no.
- Payments & invoices — payment confirmations and new invoices.
- Messages — replies in your Discuss conversations with the workshop.
The red badge on the bell shows the combined unread count. Tap any notification to jump straight to the item.
Profile & security
Open your avatar (top-right) → Profile to manage your account:

| Edit profile | Update your name, email, address and photo. Your photo appears on your job cards and chats with the workshop. |
| Change passcode | Set a new 6-digit passcode. All other signed-in sessions are closed immediately for safety. |
| Active sessions | See every device signed in to your account, with IP and device info — and revoke any of them. |
| Notification preferences | Choose which categories notify you: status updates, comments, payments, invoices, assignments. |
| Data & privacy | Request an export of your data, or deactivate/delete your account. These actions are logged for your protection. |
Once you're in, add your vehicles — or check the ones the workshop already added for you. That's where everything in xRAW lives.
