Track Your Job
The moment the workshop opens a job card for your vehicle, it appears in your Activity tab as a live journey. You see exactly where the vehicle is in the process — the same status the technicians see.

Open Activity and tap a job to see its journey view:

What each stage means
| Stage | Status | What's happening |

| Intake | Intake | Your vehicle is checked in — condition photos and odometer are recorded. |
| Diagnosis | Diagnosis | Technicians inspect (and scan, if needed) to confirm what work is required. |
| Estimate | Awaiting approval | An itemised estimate is ready — this is where you approve. |
| Approved | Approved | You (or the workshop, with your verbal/in-person consent) approved the work. |
| In Progress | In Progress | Work is underway. Updates and photos appear as the team logs them. |
| On Hold | Hold | Work is paused — e.g. waiting for a part or your decision. The workshop will tell you why. |
| QC | QC | Quality check — a supervisor verifies the work before release. |
| Ready | Ready | Your vehicle is ready for pickup or drop-off. Time to pay if a balance remains. |
| Delivered | Delivered | The vehicle is back with you. The job, report and invoice move into the vehicle's permanent timeline. |
Approving an estimate
Nothing beyond the agreed work is done without your approval. When the estimate is ready you'll get a notification, and the job shows an Approve action:
- Review the itemised estimate Every line shows the service or part, quantity, price and GST — plus any discount and the final payable total.
- Tap Approve Your approval is recorded on the job card with a timestamp, and work begins. Prefer to talk it through first? Use Discuss this job — the estimate stays waiting until you decide.
- Approved in person? If you approved verbally or at the counter, the workshop records that instead — the job shows the approval type either way.
If diagnosis reveals extra work, the workshop updates the estimate and you'll be asked again before the additional work proceeds.
Discuss — chat with the workshop
The Discuss tab is your direct line to Rockstar. Two kinds of conversations:
- Job discussions — a thread attached to a specific job card, shared with the workshop team working on your vehicle. Ask about progress, share instructions, see photos.
- Workshop support — a general support thread with the workshop for anything not tied to a job.
You always chat with the workshop, never with individual staff members' personal accounts, and internal technical chatter stays internal. Unread replies appear on your notification bell.
Ask xRAW — your AI assistant
Ask xRAW answers questions about your vehicles and services using your verified data — "When is my Creta's next service due?", "What did my last diagnostic report find?". It's a governed assistant: it can inform and explain, but any action that matters (approvals, payments) always stays with you and the workshop's humans.
